01 / Clarity
Explain the next step.
Help people understand what is being prepared, reviewed and released, and who is responsible.
About ConnectedSpine
Patient experience, clinical expertise and the next step belong in a clear relationship. That idea shapes ConnectedSpine.
The purpose behind ConnectedSpine
Patient agency, professional judgment and a clear purpose for every connection.
ConnectedSpine centers on a straightforward idea: patient information, professional expertise, and the next step should be easier to connect and understand. Care brings patient preparation, authorized context, clinical review, and coordination into a shared care journey. Teaching gives professional expertise a structured workspace, where contributions can be questioned, clarified, reviewed, and deliberately released. John connects permitted context and eligible released knowledge in suggestions that remain subject to professional review. Three principles guide the experience: clarity about the next step, visible professional judgment, and sharing with a defined purpose. Explore the product family to see those principles in practice, through the perspective of patients, clinicians, payers, and organizations.
Our purpose
A care conversation brings together a person's experience, information from different sources and professional judgment. ConnectedSpine gives each a clear place, with responsibility visible as information is prepared, reviewed and released.
Care connects patient preparation, clinical review and care coordination. Teaching gives professional expertise a structured path through contribution, clarification and reviewed knowledge. John T-800 provides assistance within the relevant authorized context; professional decisions remain with the clinician.
The connection between the products is deliberate. Teaching knowledge has its own approval and release process, followed by separate validation for use in Care. Patient records do not automatically become teaching material.
01 / Clarity
Help people understand what is being prepared, reviewed and released, and who is responsible.
02 / Expertise
Retain the distinction between original information, a suggestion and a clinical decision.
03 / Purpose
Make the recipient and the intended use part of the explanation.
A shared responsibility
A patient's goals give preparation its purpose. A clinician's judgment gives review its meaning. Clear sources and deliberate sharing help each participant understand their part in the next step.
