About this notice

This notice covers ConnectedSpine’s public information website at connectedspine.ai. Care and Teaching are separate products with their own access processes and privacy information. This website does not create a patient account or request medical records.

When you contact us

The contact form asks for your name, email address, optional role and a short message. We use this information to understand and respond to your inquiry. Please do not include symptoms, medical records, scans, identity documents or other sensitive personal information.

Messages are delivered through Resend to admin@connectedspine.ai and george.cybulski@connectedspine.ai. The form does not attach files or create a separate contact database. Correspondence is held in the receiving mailboxes and the email provider’s delivery systems under their account settings.

Spam protection and website delivery

Cloudflare Turnstile checks contact submissions to help distinguish people from automated abuse. This process can use network and device information, including an IP address. The server also validates form fields and limits submission frequency. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Resend’s privacy policy for information about their services.

Our hosting and delivery services process technical request information needed to serve and protect the website. The website does not include advertising trackers or a visitor analytics service.

Videos and interactive examples

Videos are served as website files, with no third-party video player or advertising embed. A video begins when you press Play. Interactive workflow selections stay in your current page session; they do not submit a clinical permission or make a live AI request.

Your questions and requests

Contact admin@connectedspine.ai with questions about a website inquiry, a correction or a request concerning your information. Avoid resending sensitive information when making a request. Product-related requests should use the appropriate Care or Teaching support process.

We update this notice when the website’s information handling changes. The date above identifies the latest version.
