The ConnectedSpine resource library turns product questions into plain-language guides. Choose a starting point that matches your role. For patients, begin with preparing for a care conversation: your questions, relevant information, and the choice to share. The permissions guide explains information, purpose, and recipient, along with what changes when future permission is withdrawn. For clinicians, follow original information through assistance, professional interpretation, and the explicit release of a reviewed plan. For payer reviewers, explore what belongs in a scoped packet and how information needs stay with named people. Each guide links to a workflow you can explore. Use the frequently asked questions and access information to find your next step.

Common questions
Clarity before the next step.
How do I find the right product or get account help?
Care is the patient and care-team workspace. Teaching is the professional contribution workspace. Their product pages provide separate destinations; Contact & access can help with account questions, introductions and access requirements.
Where do existing Teaching users sign in?
Open ConnectedSpine Teaching from the product page or the sign-in navigation. Teaching uses its own account and professional access permissions.
Can a caregiver act on a patient’s behalf?
You can read these guides together. Acting within a protected product requires an established representative authority and the appropriate permissions; being a caregiver alone does not grant account or record access.
Will every record from every clinic be available?
Record retrieval depends on the source, supported connections and the relevant authorization. A request can return partial information or be unavailable. Retrieved information keeps its source and coverage context.
Does professional teaching automatically reach Care?
Teaching review, clinical approval and authorized release are separate steps. Use in Care requires separate validation and activation. Patient records do not automatically become teaching material.
Can I enter my symptoms or records in a film or interactive guide?
Films and interactive guides explain the workflow. They do not collect symptoms, medical records or scans, or provide an individual clinical assessment. Use the appropriate protected product for authorized care information.
Can the payer see private clinician notes?
Payer access is limited to expressly permitted released documentation for a defined purpose and assigned review. Private drafts, internal AI suggestions, unrelated history and journals stay outside the packet.
Is MRI or X-ray interpretation available?
MRI/X-ray interpretation is not available in Care. Imaging capabilities remain in development; there is no supported imaging upload, viewing or interpretation workflow to use.
